1. NetSuite AI Connector Service + Standard Tools SuiteApp
What is it?
TheNetSuite AI Connector Service is a protocol-driven integration solution built around Model Context Protocol (MCP). It lets you plug in external AI models (like ChatGPT or Claude) to interact with your NetSuite data in a controlled and extensible way.
With the latest release, NetSuite introduced theStandard Tools SuiteApp which enables conversational access to NetSuite functionality: create, read, update (but not delete), saved searches, reports, SuiteQL, and more via natural language.
What new functionality is included?
- Support for ChatGPT (Developer Mode, Plus plan or higher) and Claude (Pro plan or higher)
- Ability to run standard reports, saved searches, and SuiteQL queries via AI interface
- Integration with N/search (standard & custom tools)
- Generic authorisation to support future AI models (e.g. Grok, Gemini)

2. Service Tier Dashboard Enhancements
What is it?
TheNetSuite Service Tier Dashboard is a unified view of your account’s usage and service tier metrics (transaction lines, users, file storage, licenses, etc.).
With the September 2025 updates, the dashboard has rolled out automatically to all accounts with better usability and clearer insights.
Key Metrics You Can Now Monitor
- Average Monthly Transaction Lines (six-month rolling average)
- Monthly Transaction Lines (previous month)
- Number of Full Licensed Users
- SuiteCloud Plus Licenses
- File Cabinet Size (GB)
Account administrators can access the dashboard via: Setup > Company > Service Tier Dashboard.
